Refund Eligibility & Process

You can request a refund of your booking amount any time before the scheduled service date.

1. Contact Us

Fill out the refund request form below, or raise a support ticket, with your booking details and reason for cancellation.

2. Verification

Our team verifies your request and checks it meets the eligibility criteria below.

3. Approval

Once approved, we initiate the refund process and update your request status.

4. Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.

Refund by Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Online Payment

Credited back to the same card, UPI, or digital payment platform used for the original payment.

Bank Transfer

Transferred to the same bank account the original payment was made from.

Cash Payment

Arranged via bank transfer - we'll need your bank account details to process it.

Refund Conditions

Cancellation Notice

You must notify us before the scheduled service date - requests made after the service date may not be eligible.

Approval Required

All requests are subject to verification. We reserve the right to decline requests that don't meet our cancellation policy.

Deductions

The refunded amount won't include applicable taxes or fees unless otherwise stated in your original booking terms.
